Calculate the ideal desk height.
The ideal desk height is normally between the height of your elbows* and the height of your body. Here is a simple formula:
Ideal desk height = (body height + elbow height) Ă· 2
For example: If you are 170 cm tall and the height of your elbow is 100 cm
your deal desk height is: (170 cm + 100 cm) Ă· 2 = 135 cm
*Determine the height of your elbows by standing with your arms bent and measuring the distance from the floor to the height of your elbows.
