Awareness of the use of resources and materials
The majority of the world’s natural resources are limited and non-renewable. Using fewer resources and raw materials is therefore one of the best ways to make our world a better place to live in – and a better one to pass on to future generations. This is why we don’t purchase any “one day wonders”, and instead focus on products that are manufactured by environmentally aware suppliers and that can be used for as long as possible.

A second chance at life for old, broken and discarded items
Practising sustainability also means practising recycling. We do: we offer many products made from recycled plastic. We are also constantly broadening our range for you by adding products made from recycled materials. This is how we give plastic a second life... and a third one... and so on...

With quality being largely determined by longevity for us, we ensure that we offer products with long guarantee periods. Many of our products come with guarantees that apply for 5, 10 and even up to 15 years. You, as a company, can benefit directly from the long guarantees on durability, because they help reduce waste and are also a hallmark of quality for manufacturers and consumers.
Incidentally, the guarantee provided on our own brands eurokraft pro and eurokraft basic is also an outstanding offer. With a validity of three and at least ten years, they exceed the legal minimum requirements. With eurokraft pro, we also guarantee that you can purchase all items or identical successor models for five years. Without exception. Our after-sales service will be happy to help you with this. And if something doesn’t quite work the way it should, our customer service is there for you right away, even if the guarantee has already expired.

Whatever you need, we make it. We at kaiserkraft have been developing and manufacturing many eurokraft products ourselves since 1954 – subject to the highest quality and sustainability standards. In addition to series production, we also enable a wide variety of special designs by employing flexible processes and involving our own development department. For us, making outstanding products is a matter of course.
0.1% of the own-brand products we sell are returned because customers were dissatisfied. This is way below the industry average.

Assembly service on request
Our service concept is not only focussed on you – we think it even further. If you like, we can also assume responsibility for assembly of the products you ordered, and this in the office, workshop or warehouse: we’re talking about prefab offices, warehouse shelving units or common rooms. Our experts assemble and install shelves, cupboards, workbenches and much more professionally and thoroughly – after all, no one knows our products better than we do.

Correct assembly ensures optimal use and prevents untimely damage. So too does correct disposal of packaging waste enable valuable materials to be recovered and stops them from landing in environmentally harmful landfill.
Repairs
Despite the high product quality, defects cannot unfortunately always be ruled out. However, given that broken doesn’t necessarily mean ruined, we are happy to repair what isn’t actually functional any more. EcoVadis and the Suppliers’ Code of Conduct
By simply getting started – which we did back in 2013! Today, EcoVadis and the Supplier Code of Conduct make us pioneers and role models in the industry.
It was only in 2022 that we achieved the highest score in the categories of labour and human rights as well as sustainable procurement, which led to us being awarded our second gold medal under the EcoVadis certification. It was in 2019, by the way, that we received a gold medal or the first time, having been awarded a silver certification in 2017. This result puts us in the top 3% of performers and in the top 1% industry-wide.
We’re thrilled that our efforts to operate sustainably have been positively evaluated by an independent body once again. The sustainability ratings help us to continue improving in the fields of environment, working conditions, business conduct and supply chain. This all allows us to work together to identify potential for improvement while, at the same time, promoting transparent partnerships based on trust.
